The Conservative Party

The Conservative Party firmly embraces in the concept of American Exceptionalism. America is a country of a distinguished founding, unique historical experience and has a grand path to the future. We also believe the United States has contributed more to the political, economic and financial betterment of the human condition than any previous collection of nations. The Conservative Party’s Platform affirms this belief.

A concise preamble; there is something to be said for that.

Also, the specific bullet-point items of their platform are good.

Why does everybody say Exceptionalism and not Exception?
Isn't Exceptionalism be properly some theory about the fact of American Exception?

A quirk of English.

What does 'rapist' mean?

At the same time, in this usage, they do state "The Conservative Party firmly embraces in [sic] the concept of American Exceptionalism"

Good night! What is that "in" doing there?

"The Conservative Party firmly embraces American Exception" is perhaps too curt for them?
There are also some people going on about human exceptionalism. They too never say "human exception".

Not only too curt, but also too confusing. I presume they prefer to be understood, rather than cute.
