Concerning the recent SC case over which the black racists and their leftist puppet-master were freaking-out, wherein 'Rick' Chow was found not guilty of murder in killing the 14-year old black kid whom he said had pointed the gun he was carrying at Chow's son --
We *all* know that the illegally armed 14-year old black kid was trying to screw up his courage to commit armed robbery. in the end, he couldn't (yet) bring himself to do it, so he ran.

Now, certainly, if the Chow men had not pursued the felon-in-waiting, he wouldn't have died in 2023. Though, it is an open question whether he'd still be alive today; whether the realization of what he had attempted to do would have, on its own, "scared him straight", or whether he'd have doubled-down on criminality and gone on to murder some innocent.

Now, also consider this: Karmelo Anthony -- who, from the very start, was *obviously* guilty of murder -- was allowed his freedom, at a vastly reduced bail, in the year between the murder and the trial. On the other hand, 'Rick' Chow -- who had a credible claim of self-defense, and who eventually prevailed at trial -- was forced to rot in jail during the three years between the killing of the junior thug and the "not guilty" verdict.

Why is that? We *all* know why that is.

There is currently so much black-on-black *murder* in this country, to say nothing of lesser crimes, that I expect one could run a 24-hour news channel devoted strictly to reporting on the murders and not lack for material to report.

At the start of my 10th grade year, so more than 50 years ago, my father was laid up for months due to a broken hip(*). Then, less than a year and a half later (**), he was laid up again with the *other* hip broken.  

SO, for a while, my family relied on Food Stamps -- and it was damned embarrassing, it was shame-inducing.  Once I was old enough to have a part-time job, when I had the money to do so, I'd buy the family groceries with my own money and return the food stamps unspent to my mother, just to avoid the embarrassment of pulling the damned things out in public.  I also planted a garden in the back yard to grow some of our food.

But, as I said, that was 50+ years ago; and my, how times have changed.  These days, people *boast* about being government dependents (***), living as wards of Big Momma Government, rather than as functioning adults; people *boast* about using their vote to install politicians and bureaucrats who loot you and me to subsidize themselves (meaning, both the voters and the voted-for).

(*) As he was crossing the street -- legally, in the cross-walk, with the crossing-light -- a young woman stopped at the intersection, distracted by arguing with her boyfriend, must have slipped her foot off the brake.  Anyway, she rolled forward, struck my father, and his hip broke.

(**) He was heading downtown on foot one winter day, As he passed the spot where a building had been demolished the previous summer, he stepped on a piece of ice-covered busted-up sidewalk that hadn't been fixed after the demolition, and down he went.

(***) I recently saw a video clip of a couple of fat lesbians (one of whom pretends to be a man), boasting about free-loading off you and me.  The one literally called herself "professionally disabled" -- that is, she's on welfare because she "can't" work to support herself -- and added that "he" (i.e. the other lesbian) is "paid to take care of me" -- that is, she is enrolled in another type of government-run welfare-scam to fleece you and me for the benefit primarily of the bureaucrats and secondarily of their clientele. 

I recently saw another clip of a woman bitching because she could no longer use the EBT card to pay to have her nails done. Horror of horrors, she had to use "her own money" to pay for the utterly useless and pointless nails.  Or, as she lamented, "Now, how am I going to pay the rent?"

Diagnoses of 'Disability' -- whether in the military or in civilian life -- are in large part a scam of well-off people against the rest of us.

Consider the seemingly less contentious issue of "handicapped parking" -- When have you *ever* seen someone who is clearly "handicapped" using a "handicapped parking" spot?

No, what you almost always see played out is something I witnessed a few days ago at a home supply store. I had parked, and as I was opening the truck's door, another fellow parked near me ... and *then* affixed one of those blue "Handicapped-On-Board" danglies to his rear-view mirror Apparently, he didn't want other drivers to think he was a gimp. So, I sat in the truck to watch. He was not handicapped; I later encountered him in the store a couple of times. He was not handicapped.

Look, my mother was "handicapped" ... and I *detest* the "handicapped" mentality, and indeed the very term. To use *honest* straight-forward language, my mother was crippled. She was crippled from birth ... and her condition was made worse when she was a small child by *American* doctors and government bureaucrats using her as a human guinea-pig, much as was being done at the same time in Weimar Germany.

I can assure you, from many years experience of taking a crippled person shopping, that "handicapped parking" spots, no matter how close they are to the store entrance, are not really much of a help (*) to people who actually are "handicapped". But, they are indeed very useful to a certain type of upper-middle-class person (of either race) who wants the extra benefit of "reserved parking".

(*) It is much more helpful to your "handicapped" person to pull up to the entrance, help him or her exit the vehicle, go park it, and then meet the person. Why in the Hell would I have made my mother do all that extra walking (on crutches) just so that I had a "reserved" spot nearer the entrance?

This is how we can know -- without possibility of error -- that Epstein did not, and could not have, killed himself:

They -- the government officials -- reported to us that he was found hanging by the neck from the railing of the upper bunk, with his heals on the floor before him and his buttocks suspended in the air.

Allow me to repeat the key point: "with his heals on the floor before him".

THAT IS: regardless of his hypothetical dedication to murdering himself by suffocation, when the suffocation-panic set in, his BODY would have overridden his WILL, and he would have stood up and loosened the noose around his neck.

It is physiologically impossible to hang yourself to the point of suffocation and death so long as you can get your feet under yourself and your hands are free to remove the constriction to your breathing. Why do you think that suicides have to jump off a chair?

Stop Telling Little Girls "You can be anything you want to be!"

Women should not be cops. No woman should be a cop, but especially short, fat women, who can't even kneel, should not be cops. Once a female cop enters the "situation", the likelihood that someone is going to get shot, and generally unnecessarily, dramatically increases.

For that matter, the male deputy in this situation doesn't appear to be all that fit, either.

The insanity on view in the body-cam footage -- the female deputy's unnecessary shooting of the criminal, and her endangerment of the male deputy's life -- lies ultimately at the feet of the high-level bureaucrats and politicians who care more about their damned DEI spreadsheets, and thus their raises and promotions, than they care about the lives of the citizenry, or of the cops, or of the criminals.

Apparently, the criminal died. While it's true that I have no sympathy for criminals, the fact remains that his death was utterly unnecessary ... and he's dead precisely because the raises and promotions of high-level bureaucrats follow from their DEI spreadsheets.

The criminal's relatives are going to file a wrongful death suit against Harris County (Texas), and they're going to win a massive pay-out. And who is on the hook for that? As always, the taxpayers, but never the politicians and bureaucrats who are causing the problem in the first place.

To be clear: it appears in the video that the fellow was initially cooperating with the deputies. It appears that he started resisting and fighting when she tried -- recall: short, fat, can't kneel -- and failed to cuff him. It appears that she twisted his arm into an unnatural and painful position, and that that is when he started fighting. It appears that the entire escalation, and his resulting death, is due to her inability to do a job for which no woman is really qualified.

The Incoherence of Anti-anti-abortionism

I'm not "pro-life" -- that designation is the sort of "non-judgmental" pap cooked up on Madison Ave to appeal to a certain sort of woman -- I'm anti-murder, and thus I'm anti-abortion.

Earlier today, Jeremy at "The Quartering" uploaded a YouTube video in which he expresses his dismay, and even revulsion, about a recent trend on TikTok of "celebrating" the baby-murders one has commissioned.

Now, Jeremy's problem (as with Megyn Kelly) is wanting to have it both ways: wanting abortion to be "safe, legal, and rare" as the utterly immoral Clintons formulated it. But, this is incoherent, it is self-contradictory.

If an abortion is the murder of a helpless and innocent human being (and it is), then only a demon wants it to be "safe, legal"; and a moral person wants abortion to be not merely "rare" but illegal and prosecuted and punished, just as with any other method of murder.

But, if an abortion is of no more moral consequence than an appendectomy, then "safe, legal, and rare" is still incoherent and self-contradictory. Now, of a truth, all moral persons want appendectomies to be "safe, legal", but ""rare"!? No, a moral person wants appendectomies to be as numerous as they need to be.

I have had an inguinal hernia repaired, as had my father and also a great-nephew; I have had an appendectomy, as has one sister. The other sister has had her gall bladder removed, as had our mother.  Certainly, it would be odd and strange were any of us to be talking about these surgeries for no specific and relevant reason, much less to be boasting about them. But, would it really be "creepy"? Would these surgeries really be something to be ashamed of?  Of course not! They have no moral content of themselves. In contrast, and except for the super-rare case of "saving the life of the mother", abortion *is* immoral, utterly and always; for the *point* of all abortions except that super-rare case is to kill a baby.

The flood of lawlessness and degeneracy which is destroying America has many streams feeding it; two of the most important are: the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Abortion Regime.  Either of those alone would have been enough to destroy the nation within just a generation or two -- and remember, both of those were set up within the lifetimes of millions of Americans now living. Do you *really* think that things can go on as they are for another 50 or 60 years?

It is not that "God is Gonna Get Us Because of Drag-Queen Story Hour", rather, Drag Queen Story Hour -- the deliberate grooming of children (*) into sexual perversion -- and much horror beside, IS the judgement of God upon this nation for its rejection of true morality and true law.

0) Better late than never, I suppose. What I mean is, PF has been allowing perverted men into the women's rooms for years and has been cancelling the memberships of women who object;

2) Until women as a whole culturally reject the constant demands of 'feminists' to invade "men's spaces" -- including not only men's social organizations, but also the police and fire-fighting forces and the military -- this sort of thing cannot really be ended: perverted men invading women's spaces is just the flip side of perverted women invading men's spaces;
3) Thus, until *women* reject feminism -- really reject it, rather than merely saying, "I'm not a feminist", while simultaneously using the fruits of feminism against men when it suits them -- I don't really see this as a fight in which I have a dog;
4) That said, if I did have a PF membership, I'd cancel it, out of intellectual and moral honesty. I think it would be great if PF goes bankrupt.

Toward the end of the video, his "solution" is for gyms to create "family changing rooms" (similar to his "solution" for sporting events: creating a third, or even fourth, category of competition). 6) I once had a membership at a local gym, over 35 years ago. I let it lapse partly because I was busy working on my house, partly because the building wasn't well maintained and cleaned, and partly because I was tired of perverted men trying to hit on me. So, I think I have an inkling of how these innocent women feel at having this sort of perverted men invading their spaces.

Anyone Can Weaponize Feminism to Use Against Women

 In the YouTube video linked below, Tim Pool discusses an article by a (female) journalist in which she describes how she was scammed -- blatantly, obviously scammed -- out of $50,000.  

Here are my thoughts --

1) Feminism is -- and always has been -- primarily a tool to convince women to voluntarily offer themselves up as prey to sexually perverted men.  You will have noticed by now that feminists almost always act as political body-guards for the sort of powerful men who do prey upon women; to the point that in Current Year, the vast majority of feminists pretend to be unable to state what the word 'woman' even means ... even as they shriek that killing babies is the most important of "women's rights";

1a) And, as a necessary step toward that end, to convince women to see the men who do have their own best interest at heart -- their fathers, brothers and husbands -- as "the enemy";

1b) And this mindset -- that the men who actually know and love one are not to be trusted -- opens the door to just the sort of scam to which this woman fell prey.

2) This particular woman was successfully scammed in this particular way due to her commitment to feminism: 

2a) Her feminism demanded that she "girl boss" the situation, that she deal the understandable panic induced by this perceived threat all by herself, without turning to or informing to her husband of the call and of the perceived threat;

2b) Thus, she said nothing to her husband about the threatening phone call, and even actively hid from him what she was doing in response to it.

3) Had this been a *man* who had fallen for such an obvious scam and had thereby thrown away $50,000 of the family's savings, you *know* that everyone would be telling the wife to dump him, and more than likely she would have done so even before such "advice" had started rolling in.  This mindset of endless excuses for any woman's failings coupled with no forgiveness whatsoever for any man's failings *also* follows from feminism.

For every Nigerian Prince trying to get access to your life's savings, there are 100 YouTubers doing ad-reads for scam products or services.  I'll try to explain the scamishness of the broad categories I can think of at the moment:

GOLD -- gold is not an investment. At best, gold is a hedge -- but only if you actually possess the physical gold.  Far more commonly, gold is a gamble, a speculation, and the more-so when all you have in hand is a piece of paper saying that you own some hypothetical amount of hypothetical gold in some hypothetical vault hypothetically somewhere.  And when do the big boy speculators ever let "the little guy" win at the game of speculation?  The whole point of speculative bubbles is to get you, "the little guy", to voluntarily dump the contents of your pockets into their pockets.

THE INTERNATIONAL ART MARKET -- The international art market is a massive money-laundering scheme.  Perhaps that bubble is about to burst, and so the people running it are trying to entice *you* into being the sucker left holding the (now empty) bag.  Even if those ad-reads to entice you to "invest" in the international art market were legit, at best you would have a speculation, not an investment.

DECLARE YOURSELF A LORD/LAIRD OR LADY -- You, Gentle Reader, are almost certainly a citizen of the  American Republic; thus, the very idea of declaring yourself to be a lord/laird or lady ought to be repugnant to you, even were this ad-read not a scam.  You do not become a laird or lady because someone enticed you to waste good money for a piece of paper claiming that you are the "owner" of a square foot of land in Scotland.

FAMOUS JAPANESE STEEL KNIVES -- With these scams, at least you get something of some value, however under-performing, in return.  Admittedly, the knives are over-hyped and over-priced; but at least the scammy ad-read doesn't claim that they are an investment.

MEN'S SKIN-CARE PRODUCTS -- Again, over-hyped and over-priced, but at least you get something of some sort of value in return.. However, what are you, some sort of sissy?  Are you going to use "foundation" next?  You know, one major reason that women often look older than men of the same age is all that shit which they slather over their faces from the time they are pre-teens.  That, and smoking -- a higher proportion of women than men smoke, and smoking dramatically ages one's skin.  By all means, take care of your health, including of your skin ... but these products will help neither your overall health nor the health of your skin. And, they're wildly expensive to boot.

DOG FOOD ADDITIVES -- Again, over-hyped and over-priced. If, as the ad-read asserts, typical dog-food, such as you are currently feeding you dog, is "dead" and bereft of nutrients, how is it that your dog hasn't already ascended to that Great Kennel In The Sky?

"QUALITY" MEATS and MEAL INGREDIENTS SHIPPED TO YOUR DOOR -- Once again, over-hyped and over-priced, but at least you get something with some degree of value for the money you wasted.  It's just meat, and it's just ingredients such as you can buy at any grocery store ... but with far more packaging to be thrown away and more shipping costs (i.e. a higher "carbon footprint").  You care about the environment, don't you, Hippy?

JOB STACKING -- "Job stacking" is the scam which claims to teach you how to successfully "work" multiple full-time jobs from home without getting "caught by corporate overlords".  Think about this: if you know you are not doing anything wrong, why would you be afraid of being caught by "corporate overlords"? AND, if you are a moral "influencer", why would you lend you name to this sort of scam?

So, what is my over-arching point? It is that to do these ad-read is to lend one's name and reputation to these scams -- it is to attempt to scam one's audience on behalf of these scammers.  "I need to assure a steady income" will no more withstand God's scrutiny than will "I was just following orders".

On the other hand, if I were the sort of person who could be brought down by the full facts coming to light — and being that sort more than implies that murder is never off the table — I’d have had him whacked a long time ago. He became a liability when the "Lolita Express" first came to light.

Shoot! I'd have had multiple cameras watching Epstein, and cameras watching the cameras, and people physically watching Epstein, and cameras watching the people physically watching him, and people watching the cameras ... and cameras watching *them*.

The convicted pedophile, who was 6 feet tall, apparently killed himself by kneeling toward the floor and strangling himself with the makeshift noose, law enforcement sources said Monday. He hadn’t been checked on for several hours, sources said.

Now *that's* commitment -- not only to "hang" yourself when merely standing up will abort the hanging, but to "hang" yourself with a sheet that's essentially tissue paper.

OK, the bit about the sheet being essentially tissue paper was a tongue-in-cheek reference to his having been removed from "suicide watch" mere days after allegedly trying to kill himself a couple of weeks ago.

Look, it's impossible to commit suicide in the manner described unless you first ensure that you are unable to free yourself. When the carbon-dioxide level in your lungs passes a certain threshhold, your body automatically enters a panic mode which overrides any conscious decision to kill yourself by asphyxiation.

So, if he did indeed kill himself in the manner we are being told, then he managed to do it only because he couldn't free himself. And that means either:
1) that he had used the sheet to rig a complex system which:
- cut off his air-supply
- prevented him from moving in such a way as to relieve the pressure which was cutting off his air-supply
2) he was already unconscious when the asphyxiation itself began

And 2) takes us right back to a conspiracy

Ultimately, it will come down to this question: Do the American People agree that we are a conquered people?

All societies have the obligation to deliver justice to their members, and also to non-members who are presently within the ambit or jurisdiction of the society. No society has such an obligation toward persons who are not members of the society *and* who are outside its ambit or jurisdiction.

To *refuse* to execute the murderer -- to *refuse* to deliver justice to her (*) victim(s) -- is to give the murderer to power to declare, by the act of the murder, that justice for the victim(s) is not the responsibility of the society. That is, it is to declare that murdered persons were not *really* members of our society and were not really within the ambit or jurisdiction of our society.

Thus, blanket opposition to capital punishment is profoundly immoral. Gentle Reader may recall having read last summer of an incident in Austria in which a Moslem rapfugee, one 'Amir A', anally raped a 10 year old boy at a public pool and then loitered around until the police showed up to arrest him. Gentle Reader may recall that at trial, his defense argument was that he was undergoing a "sexual emergency", as he hadn't penetrated any body(*) in four months.

In the piece linked below, Mark Steyn discusses the recent overturning by Austria's highest court of the conviction of 'Amir A', the rapist, on the grounds that maybe he just didn't understand that his anal raping of the 10 year old boy was not "consensual".

The problem here is not mainly Islam, though Islam is certainly a serious problem. The problem is leftism; to be more precise, the problem is leftists: it is leftists, in all their sub-varieties, who are destroying the Western nations. Deliberately.

The video presents -- sympathetically (*) -- two entitled black women (**) as being the dead thug's sister and cousin, without identifying which is which. Neither one seems all that choked up about his death, and certainly not at all abashed at how he caused his own death (***).

(*) - Though, I do allow for the possibility that the presentation is intentionally subversive to The Narrative of leftism. At the same time, on a practical level, the clip serves yet another important leftist agenda, which is to increase hostility between the races.

(**) - Now, of course, this sense of entitlement -- I can do to you anything that I want to do, and for you so much as object, to say nothing of trying to thwart me, is a moral offence -- is the thread running through all variants of leftism. It just seems to be especially strong with black chicks.

(***) -- And if you know anything about this sort of black chick, you know that the one yammering on -- all but accusing the (black) woman who justifiably killed him of murder -- might tomorrow have murdered him herself, for no other reason than that she was angry with him about something someone else said he said.
