If the new law addresses a non-existent threat

If the new law in Oklahoma (which, if I recall correctly, is an amendment to their State Constitution) addresses a non-existent threat, then why the pressing need to seek to block it?

You vaccinate before the disease stops being 'non-existent'. The Okies merely wanted to prevent their local liberal judges from imitating the pro-Sharia wife-beating ruling in, NJ, was it?
Once a Lib judge legislates via the typical arbitrary diktat, it's too late.

I think you miss the point of the post.

Of course the Okies are trying to prevent the disease. But the Muzzies and "liberals" are claiming that there is no disease ... and that therefore the Okies have no right to the vaccine.
