10:10 -- See the real mindset of 'environmentalists'

HotAir: Video: The dumbest, most self-defeating ad campaign ever

The video is truly disgusting, on many levels; as Ed Morrissey puts it: "... this appalling video that shows global-warming enforcers imagining the world they’d like to create, but beware that it includes some disturbing — and disturbed — images."

I saw this a day or two ago, and it took me a while to sort out for myself what felt so threatening about it. Obviously, no on is going to come after you with the dreaded Red Button if you don't jettison your gas guzzler and take up bicycling everywhere. But it's the message of contempt for anyone who doesn't have the same priorities, the encouraging of total exile of anyone who fails to toe the line, the propounding of complete exclusion of anyone with a differing view or argument from the discussion. Which just brings it into focus as what the Left always tries to do, only with lots of fake blood.

O course, I'm more than delighted to find that mine were not the only sensibilities offended.

Ah, that's perfect. Beautiful. Really lovely. 10-10, eh?. Genius.

I mean, it underscores just how little these cubes think of people, their utter contempt for anyone who isn't so dense as to prefer expensive toxic mercury based flourescents over a simple vacuum resistance coil, plus it really gives you a feel for the kind of group pressure they like to apply... on any issue, really.

Yeah, I love it.

Yeap. And there are so many other things one could expound upon. Anyone who was thinking about it understood -- even before the proof that it was a scan -- that "global warming" was dodgy at its very basis and from its inception; but the Warm-Mongers are not gonna let go the idea theat Something Must Be Done -- Or Else!

An awful, awful ad campaign. Truly fascist. Small beginnings, but satire is no guarantee of the end of the "joke."

Jay Currie has the Islamic version here.

That's a fun twist.

Her snide slam to the two kiffars:

"Jesus and Mary"

followed by:

"Oh, let's just see what the Koran says..."

Apparently the religiously sensitive among us are taking them down as fast as they are going up, but this one worked when I was last there.
