I myself have dyslexia, and I've long ago learned to check, re-check, and re-re-check everything I write or type - word by painful word. And if there's a second party around, I often ask them to read it as well. When it's really important, I'll e-mail a draft to my brother first, who inevitably catches a fair number of typos B.
